We hope you are delighted with your Holland Cooper purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all luxury gold hardware protectors and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Holland Cooper signature tags and labels remain attached to the garment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then firmly attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
